Consistency is more important than intensity

When you’re decluttering, consistency is often more important than intensity.

When you commit to declutter for 15-30 minutes a day, for 14 days, those decluttering minutes really add up. Especially if you focus on one task a day and work quickly to make your decluttering time count.

Not only that but when you commit to the Spring into Simple Decluttering Challenge, you’re building a decluttering habit and strengthening your decluttering muscles at the same time.

The more consistent you are with your decluttering, the easier it is to continue decluttering consistently. And the more you declutter, the better you become at decluttering!

You’re not in this alone!

One of the best parts about the Spring into Simple Decluttering Challenge is that you don’t have to do it on your own. The Simple Lionheart Life Facebook group is the perfect way to find support, encouragement and accountability throughout the challenge.

Each day inside the Facebook group I’ll post a reminder about the decluttering task for the day. And I encourage everyone to share their successes, struggles and progress with the group. Decluttering is always more fun when you know you’re not doing it alone!

And if you’re on Instagram, be sure to share your progress and tag me @simplelionheartlife and using the hashtag #springintosimple. I love cheering you on as you work to declutter your home! I’ll be sharing Spring into Simple participant’s progress too so we can all cheer each other on!

    1. Hi Linda! This is a great question. No, it doesn’t matter a bit. Once you sign up, the decluttering task for each day will be emailed to you directly, each morning of the challenge. The Facebook group compliments the challenge as a place to build community and find additional encouragement, but you can definitely do the challenge without being a part of the Facebook group. Thanks for your question!
